Draft notice for the waitlist and early app. It is not a finished legal policy.

The waitlist stores the email you submit and the page it came from. Accounts store your email, optional name, a password hash if you set one, study progress, streak, coins, credits, and a referral code.

A session cookie keeps you logged in. It is httpOnly. Analytics events are a short list — day-1 return, day-7 return, streak, and session complete — stored with your account when you are signed in.

Ask Sensei stores the question and the reply, with the card when you picked one.

Feedback you send includes the page you were on, device and browser info, how you found NihonNest (for example Reddit or Discord), and an optional screenshot. We only quote people who tick the box, and then with their first name only.

Credit purchases record the pack, the amount, and a Stripe session id when Checkout is used. Simulated local purchases are labeled as simulated. NihonNest is not built to sell personal information.

To leave the waitlist, write to the operator of this deployment with the same email. Study data is deleted with the account when an operator removes the row.
